Why is being fit important to you?
I have always been under weight and very thin. I had my 2 children in my thirties and had no trouble losing the weight.
At the ages between 43-48 I lifted weights, did karate, tennis, and I was a runner (2 half marathons). I was in the best shape of my life and I felt great. Then personal health issues arose in the family and my time wasn't my own anymore.

I can offer support. I worked 10 years with the ACS in our community and helped with getting the info to the public and supporting our patients. I can motivate everyone else except me. I am also and free spirited.
