Workout for January 19th, 2009

AMRAP

Warm-up:

1. Stationary Jogging 90 seconds
2. Planks 60 seconds
3. Wide Squats 60 seconds

Round 1:

Wide Push Ups X 10
Squats X 15
Bicycle Crunches X 20 (10 each side)
Repeat for 7 minutes

Round 2:

Mountain Climber X 10 (each side)
Half-Jumping Jacks X 10
Reverse Lunges X 10
Repeat for 7 minutes

Getting a healthy and fast breakfast in before heading out for the day can be a challenge. Grandma was right when she said breakfast was the most important meal of the day. A healthy, well balanced breakfast will help fight hunger and help prevent over eating in the later part of the day. I am going to keep on track! By the way this is the first time I have ever moved with all the heavy lifting and not gone into spasm...I may not have lost weight yet but I have certainly gained strength!

Thank you for those bullets points and highlights of myself. I do know this and I am so excited for this next chapter, or maybe a new book. I wake up everyday and constantly visualize my future and see how I can impact others and help them through my success. I talk to Gabe about it all the time and if it wasn't for you I would not be taking that step. Gabe is so excited for me and I can't wait. These next 6 weeks with this challange is going to be the bomb!!!!!
