Upper-body strength has never been my forte, and that has hurt me a little in one of my main hobbies: yoga. But now that my arms have been firmed and toned with medicine balls and fitness bands, I totally surprised myself when I was able to perform a once difficult pose with some ease. I was able to hold it for more than a minute several times and my heart glowed with pride when the teacher complimented my form.
